ARE THERE PRE-REQUISITES TO TAKING THIS COURSE?
Anyone who wants to learn more about a Women's unique anatomy and physiology and how it affects health and training can take this course! The majority of our students are coaches and personal trainers, however any Woman interested in learning more about her own body to enhance her training through any stage of life - this course is a must! We also strongly encourage male coaches who train females to participate in upskilling their knowledge and practical application and better serve their clients.
WHEN WILL THE CLASSES BE?
We will have two different class times each week that cover most timezones.
WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE LECTURE?
No problem - All lectures are recorded and sent out via email following the live lectures for you to watch or re-watch at your convenience.
HOW MUCH TIME PER WEEK SHOULD I HAVE TO DEDICATE TO THIS COURSE?
How much time per week should I have to dedicate to the course?
Apart from the 1 hour live lecture each week, we also have a weekly interactive workshop where we go through a case study from that weeks topic. Here you can also ask any questions you may have from the lecture and connect with your fellow AWPT Coaches in the course.
IS THERE A TEST?
There is a short 45 question multiple choice assessment at the completion of the 8 weeks. Once you pass the assessment, you will be issued with an AWPT Certificate of Completion.
